A lot thinner than expected.

I'll start by saying that i have never used this type of fish tape before, so my concerns on how small in diameter they are may be unfounded. I used them to pull a 10/3 romex wire through a finished ceiling in a basement and they were awfully limber for this task but they did work. Don't know if they are made in a more ridged product or not.

These fish sticks are super flexible, bending to about a 4" radius. They can be pushed down a wall that has fiberglass insulation. The couplings will occasionally break if making small radius bends, leaving the threads broken inside. These are more flexible than others fish sticks, ie Klein, and Harbor Freight.

Good quality. I've pulled over 500 hundred feet of cabling now & I'm very satisfied. A couple rods show stress but no breakage. So unless you do this all day every day I don't see the need for an expensive kit.
