Fit perfectly, good quality fabric so it'll stand up to play. The fabric is similar to windbreaker material so it's water and wind resistant! The helmet slides around a bit but we were able to fix that with some pool noodles.
I ordered a 3T/4T and my son is in a Gap 4T/5T and Target 4T, and as you can see, there was plenty of length. Would definitely recommend and buy again!!

Packaging: well packaged in double box with the outside one being pretty sturdy to prevent damaging the helmet.
Material: material feels high quality and thick enough to withstand playing with it more than only one night out and it is thick enough that a thermal shirt underneath should be plenty for trick or treating. The collar is also stuffed with foam, giving it structure and elevating the look. The patches are well sewn in and do not look cheap.
Helmet: comes in 3 pieces, so minor assembly is required. Be patient as it is plastic, so take your time matching the grooves together.
Overall: much better quality than any other astronaut costume I've seen in store and online...the zippers and buckles add a level of comfort. The material is thicker and does not feel plastic (although it is) This is sure to bring many, many hours of imaginative play. I highly recommend it.

This costume looks very high quality for the cost. The helmet is hard to put together but it does open. Definitely size up because the costume is long and narrow. My four year old is 43 inches tall and we bought a medium. It was a little long but worked fine with shoes on and allowed for pants and a shirt underneath.

My 4 year old is tall but skinny , the costume fits hi. so well buy the helmet is way too big, which is the only reason I gave it a 4 stars.
