We buy at least 1 tub a month and it's usually great, but it just arrived in 90 degree weather and all the dry ice was completely melted and the açaà was slush around the edges. We still have not tried to it find out if it is ok to taste.

Only two things to improve: I was given a date range of delivery that never got updated to an exact day so I was on edge about the possibility of it sitting on my porch without me knowing and melting. It ended up being fine, but an exact date would be better

I was concerned due to previous reviews, ordered the day before it shipped got it the next day completely frozen packaged very well. Soooo happy I purchased as I spend so much on bowls @ $10 or more sometimes. This was so worth it. Although the cost did go up $25 after I purchased.

If you eat a lot of Acai bowls this is a great way to have them available all the time at a really good price. The only thing I would mention even though it should be obvious is to make sure it will fit in your freezer without causing problems. Also you'll need to be able to keep it at the right temperature or it will be very difficult to scoop. But overall this is a great product at a great price.
