No owners manual installing guide or a website to get help from. Just the part in a box. No other info. Google search and videos don't help either on adjusting the carb throttle, fuel/air or vacuum connections and No info on troubleshooting. After install the machine only runs at idol and boggs/stalls with throttle. I need to know how to adjust as I am not a mechanic

So it's more difficult than I thought to remove the original carburetor. Both the throttle cable, and choke were tough to get off. Once I did.. installing this one went smoothly. It bogs down when cold.. but once it's warmed up, it hammers like a raped ape. Much much better throttle response than the old original mikuni.
