Needed a new scale for our store and started searching. This scale came up and we were eager to buy it. Once it came in we tried to enter the items manually but we had issues. However, after contacting the support team we had full operation of the scale. They helped install the program and taught a new and easier way to enter items. The support team was very kind and helpful with all of our issues and had great customer service. The scale is great and affordable and is worth the buy.

Exactly what we were looking for in a scale! We wanted a scale that would print price labels and this was perfect! I can't express enough how easy it was to program and use! My mother (terrible, terrible with tech) quickly learned how to use the speed keys. Super satisfied with this purchase!

I tried to do most on my own, calibrate, program, and so on, the instruction manual they provide is very helpful but I had some limitations, for which I contacted customer service and they helped a way lot!!! They solved the problem is was having. FYI, I caused the problem by playing with the setting so it was never their fault. I recommend this scale, it is perfect!! Don't hesitate on getting their products! They have fast delivery and excellent help.
