Great chair for the money, but maybe not for all day use for big people

So I got this chair to replace a plush leather executive chair and there's certainly not as much padding is that chair. So if you're going to sit long periods of time like I do in the chair it can make your back and legs a little sore. I'm a big guy at 61 and 290 and the chairs plenty sturdy for me. But overall I like the chair and would recommend it.
Firm with back and neck supports, back has massage

It is very comfortable with back support. It is kind firm but with great support on my back, neck and head.
There is a leg rest, but I found it is comfortable when laying gives me the mo. If you are setting straight, the leg rest is not that comfortable, that just my personal preference.
Back support can be adjusted up and down. It also has vibrator (massage) you do need to connect to USB port. I afraid I kick the cable, so I use powerbank to power it up.
Neck support has limited adjustment.
The assembly is kind ok. The instruction is not for the exact model but a similar one. For example the bottom screws layout differently than screws positions in the manual. But I figured out (see pictures, if you are confused)
Also, note, there is zipper at bottom of the back (see picture), try to push them to the corner, so they will not scratch the bottom every time when you lay back.
Once again, it is very comfortable to lay down.
My only con is, it does have a lot of material smell. I personally suggest put it at somewhere which has good airflow for a while to let the smell go away.
Other than that, very good chair.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chair. Its big, its comfortable, its good looking and very well made. It rocks, it swivels and it reclines. It is so adjustable most everyone should be able to find a position that suits them. The only negative has to do with the massaging lumbar pillow. The straps don't seem as if they were designed for the chair, making the pillow look like a cheap add-on. Secondly, the massage pillow needs to be plugged into a USB port. The cable is so short that every time you move you wind up unplugging the power cord. Its a SWIVEL chair, people are going to SWIVEL, put a longer cord on it! But that isn't enough for me to deduct stars, if the chair came without the pillow I would still buy it because of the comfort and quality

I like the quality of the chair. It arrived without defects. The chair was fairly easy to put together. It would help to have someone assisting, but I managed it on my own. I was aware that it wasn't like a classic reclining chair. I have found that I can adjust to the differences due to the adjust-ability of the back of the seat. It is easy to bring up straight when I'm typing a lot, and to adjust it back when I am watching videos. It can rock to a certain degree, but not in the same way I'm used to with other reclining desk chairs.
The one thing that I read in reviews was that some people found it a little bit of a tight fit in the seat. I would agree that it was my experience too. The side cushioning does dig into my legs a bit and detracts from the overall comfort of the chair. I'm 320 lbs though, so mileage may vary depending on the size of your derriere.

Great chair for a tall fat guy

This chair is by far the best one I have used. I am a tall 6 ft 6 guy who is on the heavier said weighing close to 325 and this chair has been the best no wobbling, chair doesn't just spring backwards on its own(which I hate in most chairs) this chair supports my weight and height.
The foot stool is a good thing to have if you are short, of your tall the stool hits my thighs and that's it which causes the chair to lean forward so I do not use the foot rest at all
The only issue I had was the arm rest broke after a month but I contacted support and they immediately contacted me back and offered a replacement.
So support is def great as well. If your looking for a chair that's made for tall people and a company that actually stands behind their product then this is the chair for you
