Wow...is all I can say. This is my first review of any product in Amazon.

I could tell from the pictures that this would be "pulling in all the right places." I have had chronic, debilitating, lower back pain going on 15 years due to degenerative disk disease. I was addicted to pain meds for several years as a result.

The only non-medicinal thing that has ever worked for me was a twice a week visit to Kaiser to use their traction machine. It helped about 20-30% until we changed insurance and it was no longer available to me.

I bought an inversion machine afterwards in the hopes of getting similar results. It worked...at best 5-10%.

After getting off the pain meds, I became a regular user of high dosages of Motrin. Again, minimal results.

I received and installed this product earlier today. Literally, within seconds of hanging as per the instructions, I felt what can best be described as nerves that were finally able to breathe. The dull pain of compressed nerves was replaced with a tingling lightness, bordering on euphoria!

I feel like a giant clamp has been removed from my body!

This is only day 1 so I will report back if anything changes. But as of now, this is an absolute godsend!

A review by Dwayne Moulds - An Honest and unbiased review of the Back Bubble. I am an hvac contractor and my job requires lots of small and tight work spaces to install, replace, and repair units. My back usually hurts after being in the same position for too long. I decided after seeing the commercial on tv to purchase the Back Bubble. Let me tell you, it has been a blessing to own this device! I use it about 3 times a week and I have noticed that my back is MUCH more loose and mobility is greatly increased! I hang upside down in it as well as right side up. These different positions stretch and pull my back thus pulling nutrients into the disks and at the same time my muscles get a good stretch as well. I have spoken with Ron the inventor of the device and he was VERY helpful in providing me information on the correct mounting as well as usage of the Back Bubble. Not many companies have support like that! He is hands on in making sure his clients are happy and satisfied with their purchase of the Back Bubble.

My wife has recently begun having back pain, and she used to never use the Back Bubble. To my surprise she got in the Back Bubble last night and told me how it eliminated her lower back pain, I just laughed at her and said, "yeah I know, it works". It looks like now I will have to schedule my time to use the Back Bubble lol. Seriously, this is a MUST HAVE for those who suffer from back problems. Get that spine decompressed by using the Back Bubble! You wont regret it!

I started using this after hurting my back.

As you can see in the picture, it's basically a half circle of inner tube that you hang from a doorway. You get inside of it and bend your knees or lean forward a bit to gently, slowly (and carefully!) stretch the spine since it is supporting the weight of your upper body.

I used to have an inversion table but there is no way I would even attempt to get on one of those when my back was that painful. It's way more expensive than the inversion tables-- about 3 times as much-- but then again when you are in that much pain what wouldn't you pay for some relief? Also I think the inversion table does a better job of stretching the spine than the Back Bubble does but of course only if you can actually use it.

One other thing that's nice about this Back Bubble is it can easily be stored away-- especially if you use a strong hook in the doorway rather than the bar that ships with it. If you get a heavy duty hook (doesn't come with it) and hang it from that then it can easily be removed so it doesn't obstruct the doorway. If you install it on the bar you have to pop the bar out of the hardware that's attached to the door frame and then slide it off the bar (the bar and the hardware is what ships with it for installation).

The other thing that helped me tremendously is a heavy duty back brace (Mueller) that I also bought on amazon.

I have been experiencing back pain for the last several years. I have had injections, taken pain meds/anti inflammatories, undergone physical therapy and just had radio frequency ablation again 2 weeks ago for the second time. It still has not taken away the pain and I was starting to think I might need back surgery one day. I have a great sports massage therapist who told me about the Back Bubble when I went to see her. She said she just got one and I was welcome to try it if I wanted to. Well, I'm in the medical field and after I researched it, the concept made perfect sense, but I was skeptical. I agreed to try hers and after I used it the first time for 10 minutes, my pain level went from a 8 to a 2 on the first try! I then used the reclining position and my 2 went to a 0 in about 5 minutes! I could not believe it and it was the first time in a while I had NO pain in my back. I was almost in tears but still skeptical whether it would last. When I would sit down a long time, a little pain would come back, but as soon as I used the bubble it would go away. Well, I ordered my own (physicians model) and the last few days I use it in the morning and at night. It feels so good, and my pain is still almost all gone! So far, this has truly changed my life and I am so grateful about this product. Last thing - I called the 800 number for a question on how to do some things and I had questions on the setup. Well, I was shocked to get a call from Chase himself! He was super helpful and we have talked 4 times and he has given me great tips and has been wonderful to talk to. This product is a must if you have back pain. It's the best thing my back has ever had!

I can't say enough great stuff about this product. I have suffered from herniated disc"˜s in my back for 18 years. Sometimes there's absolutely nothing I can do to get out of pain, including doing daily hot yoga. Then I stumbled upon the Back Bubble. Now I can't live without it. I look forward to my time spent on the back bubble as the highlights of my day and evening as I know it is sure to relieve the nagging pain in my lower spine. This has turned out to be my most treasured possession almost as much as my Honda accord. This is a great company to deal with as well. When I had a problem Rob took care of me right away, no questions asked. He even return my call after business hours and gave me his personal cell phone so I could easily access him to work out a small snag. If you have back issues or any kind of chronic pain in the back I highly recommend you try this amazing little invention. Very simple to use and feels oh so good. I don't normally write reviews because it's hard in my condition to do extra stuff at the computer but I just had to let you all know how incredible this thing is. This beats the heck out of any inversion table and believe me I have tried them all. It cradles you right in the spot that hurts and gives you just the right amount of traction to decompress the lower spine. Don't hesitate if your back hurts buy this and you won't be sorry
