I have an extremely bad case of ADD and was taking a prescription for a bit but didn't like the jittery feeling and anti social behavior I experienced while on it. That stuff can't be hood for you. When I first tried it. Back of last year. I could take 2 but it made me super sleepy. Then I kept going threw the motions tk see what worked. I started with one and then worked to 2 a day. Worked good. Took a year off and now when I take 2 I feel all jittery and like I am coming down off drugs or something . It's anxiety or something I don't like so I don't. I take 1 now. Helps but worry's me

I'm on my second bottle and I believe it does have benefits. I only take one capsule a day bc it is expensive but I have noticed better focus and word/thought processing when taking it. No side effects at all. My 2 cents"¦.. try it for a month and then decide whether or not it is for you. Good luck!
