I'm a home care attended an purchase this item to be more proactive with my patients. The monitor and display work well big numbers easy to read. The cuff is a great size for any arm width. It's very accurate readings so far and functions great rather with just the batteries or with just the ac adapter. Batteries were packaged alone and wasn't corroded. I love it has definitely made my work day easier and more smoother

I love everything about the machine; except I could use one with a larger cuff and they don't come larger. I'm afraid my readings might be off a little (I compared readings with doctor's office-off a few pts). The many features make my life a lot easier. No journaling!! During a recent doctor's appt., I just pulled out my cell phone and Walla!! All my readings were displayed. 😆 That got me an increase in dosage which otherwise might have been overlooked.

My wife couldn't use my monitor so I ordered this one for the larger cuff. Her arm is 17" and this fits with room to spare. It also fits me easily.
Because of the reasonable price my wife thought I was trying to get off cheap; having seen and used this, she no longer has any such concern. (saving me from the doghouse)
I took away one star because it is "fussy", but not inaccurate. We got high readings until we realized that you must make sure the OK cuff wrapping detection icon shows. (The cuff wrapping detection icon showed up without the "OK" when we got the dubious readings, which had us confused until we checked more carefully.) Wrapping the cuff correctly, to get the OK, required a little more care than I had become accustomed to on my own monitor. Once we got the "OK", the reading was within an acceptable 2 mmHg when compared with the monitor our Doctor has calibrated.

This works perfectly for its intended purpose! It took me a bit to get the correct tightness on my arm, but the error codes are explained perfectly in the manual and let you see exactly what you are doing wrong. It arrived with batteries, wall plug, and a great storage/carrying case. The armband is d-ring with hook/loop tape and will fit the smallest to the largest arm. It even came with a little pill dispenser and a first aid bag. The monitor even made its first trip to the doc to make sure it was measuring & recording properly, and it was!
