Definitely a "balance bike". My Mom bought a little ride on bike like this for my one year old daughter for Christmas & she loves it. But the bike she bought has wider set wheels, this one is so narrow it's easy to tip over. I have to basically be touching her and right by her side anytime she wants to ride it cause she doesn't quite get the concept of turning it and just tips it right over.. Maybe she's too young? Idk but maybe she'll get better at it and like it more soon.
