The only bottles we use

We used Dr. Browns bottles with our daughter but never used the insert. When our son born he was experiencing reflux and every other bottle seemed to make it worse. Once we started using Dr. Browns with the insert he was burping less, wasn't spitting up as much, just overall more comfortable. We have been working on BF since he was born and it's finally working for us, the nipple on Dr. Browns doesn't cause any nipple confusion. The only downside is there are a lot of parts to wash and it does take a toll on your bottle brush. The parts are also so small that I find it takes a very long time for them to dry properly as well, both are just small downsides to how well they've worked for us.
Our favorite bottles!

We got a variety of bottles in preparation for our baby since we weren't sure which would work best, but after a month of bottle feeding, we've decided we like these Dr. Brown's anti-colic bottles the most. The green tube thingy in the bottle seems to do it's job in preventing air from being swallowed. Our baby has not experienced any colic, thank goodness, and I'm sure this bottle use owed at least some credit. We've also found this design offers a steady milk flow which prevents our baby from gulping - this is something we observed with other bottles and caused our baby to go into coughing fits while feeding. He does not cough when drinking from these bottles. They can be a pain to clean, only because there are so many parts, but that is the only downside. Otherwise they are great bottles!

The marketing promotions of plastic bottles make parents forgetting about glass bottles. Actually they are better for babies. Worth the money.
Best for feeding

Was recommended by a pediatric occupational therapist (OT) for optimal nipple to simulate breast feeding and to reduce colic. It was the best bottle we tried. Baby liked and you only need to burp baby at the end of bottle feeding. Great product!
