We just received it and covered our generator. It is larger than we needed but all the others we looked at for similar pricing were too small. It features ways to make it fit with elastic on the bottom to make a secure fit an also has adjustable straps to fit around the generator. Can't attest to waterproof or water resistance because it hasn't rained yet. It appears to be very durable for the purpose needed.
