Though I did not purchase my US General 5 Drawer tool cart from Amazon, I can speak for its durability, value and assembly. I have put my tool cart through some torture tests. I used it for 2 years in a work environment, an average of 50-65 hours per week. The only thing that I have had to either fix or replace are the casters. I replaced the old ones with greasable casters.
I would highly recommend purchasing one of these boxes. Though I probably would not purchase it from Amazon. I would buy one from Harbor Freight.

I chose to pick mine up Local at Harbor Freight. Got it for work and I'm happy with it. It could be a little wider cause if one wheel gets caught the wrong way it will flip the entire box over. The color is great and for what I do it's got plenty of room for now. One other thing I wish it has was locking drawers. The only way they lock shut is if the top is down all the way but if you need to move it while the top is up the drawers want to slide open and then it can flip easy. Over all though it's worth the money
