I got this to put my dog, Cooper's, cremation ashes in. Yes I know it's big but I wanted to put his favorite toys, his bones, and his harness. BTW I'm not opening the velvet bag that the remains were given to me. I'll just place the bag in there with all his things he lived to chew or played with.
The color of this urn is very pretty and shiny. The graphics on it are gorgeous also.
Easy to open and closes very securely.
(Also everyone...if your loved 1 dies...whether it is a person or pet...DO NOT get it at the place where they do the cremations. They are way over priced. I should know. My brother died a few weeks before Cooper did and his urn was outrageous. Buy it from Amazon and you'll save, have a better selection, and be more pleased.)
