I actually got this mixer as a "damaged item" due to something with the display, but I have seen no issues with it cosmetically. The only issue I have noticed is that there is a good bit of static or noise on the mic. I know this could be caused by cables as well, but it seems to be persistent through different cords and mics. It may be due to the fact that you have to crank the gain and master volume way up to get much volume through it. Since it's un-powered (doesn't have a built in amp) that's not uncommon. Luckily there is software to remove that noise on the back end. The "effects" I find useless, but I wasn't really interested in those anyway. Overall, it works well for recording or streaming for me.
Delivered with care. From ordering to delivery.thank you .
