A little tough to set up, but the video is easy to watch and learn. After having numerous Cateye Solar computers this was a little different to set up, but i like it more. The GPS accuracy is great, just not as instantaneous as the sensor on the wheel. I like that it uploads to Strava.

Bought this to gauge my rpms to follow along with Peloton classes on a non-Peloton bike. Works pretty good for that, although I have no way of knowing whether it is accurate. You can switch back and forth between speed and distance by removing the battery just so and reinstalling it. I did not understand this, and I about chewed up the battery door trying to figure it out. The battery door is very tricky to align in the first place, and if you don't do it right, you still don't get the reading you want. Would be a lot cooler if it measured speed and distance at the same time ...

Easy to setup, use & read display. Has automatic pause. No more stinking magnetic pick ups for sensors. Cadence sensor mounts easily. Super powerful battery lasts long time. Pretty accurate speed, distance, & cadence compared to older Cateye. But cumulative elevation gain is not even close (the only negative). However, that negative is fixed in phone's Strava app with XOSS app linked to Strava app, as map data uploads to Strava. I just record with the XOSS, leaving Strava app closed, and data uploads later to Strava. Purchased head unit with handlebar mount & cadence sensor for roughly $80. Compared to hundreds for Garmin, you can't beat the XOSS (Extreme Outdoor Sports Science).
