I tried to hang up an address sign with them and they were not sturdy. Easy to install but as soon as they were bumped they would come right off the siding

I used these to hang my house numbers, no drilling! The only down side I see is the angle of your siding, the clip doesn't sit flat because of my siding so the plaque angles back slightly. As you can see it doesn't affect the look just my OCD lol. If I want to hang anything else on my siding I will definitely use these to avoid holes in my new siding! The only thing I would add is a beveled shim to keep whatever your hanging flat.
