I am very pleased with this product. I have tried other arnica products but this brand is very effective in relieving my pain. Some days depending on pain level & may take two tabs in morn & two in evening. Most days however, I only need to use one dose of two tabs.
I was able to discontinue the use of Ibuprofen and replace it with Genexa Arnica Advantage.

I have been using Ibuprofen for a number of years for arthritis pain. I was hoping to replace the Ibuprofen with Genexa Arnica Advantage. By doing it slowly over a period of three weeks, I was able to discontinue Ibuprofen. That makes me happy. Genexa Arnica Advantage does not totally take away my pain, especially on days, when we are expecting weather change. But it makes me happy, that it is just as effective as Ibuprofen and better for my body. I do have to take two pills every four hours, but that is alright with me.
