There's not a whole lot to say about this, it's a basic handle design. Others have mentioned that you have exposed screw heads, though depending on how you install, you can at least install them so that when the door is closed/locked, the heads of the screws are directly in line with the handle. I don't believe it would really stop anyone from backing the screws out, and the included screws will barely be holding on if someone managed to back them out, and could just be yanked off that way. Using longer screws would negate that. And if you're counting on the inside latch to prevent someone from getting the screws out and pulling it off, well.. it's a very small set screw that in no way would hold up to someone yanking on the handle, it's just not robust enough to be able to be tightened down.
Use longer screws, and if possible, put a dab of something on the inside of the set screw to help mark the rod where you want it to be, and dimple that spot on the rod with a drillbit just enough to get the set screw to hold tighter, and it'd be fine.
It won't stop someone who really wants to get in, but otherwise it serves as a decent basic door handle, and it should hold up fine for regular use.
