I've tried a couple of kids watch phones and this one works! I learned the 4g is necessary. The 4G on this works! The watch fits well. The band fits. The only thing I realized was a problem was the screen face; I had kept the plastic cover on it that came in packaging to protect it, but after it was removed, saw the screen had a slight bubble under the cover. With that said, it's much better than the others.
Also, the app for this works really well. You can tell it's not made in the U.S., but SE Tracker shows me EXACTLY where my child is. When he goes to his friends house after school, I can see that they've arrived by following him on the map. :-) At school, I can see if he's inside the building or outside at recess on the map -- so it really tracks location well.

This is the third watch I've purchased (my son lost and broke them) but they're so good, I needed to buy another each time! Sending your child to daycare or another parents home can be stressful, but with this watch it's a little easier to manage having your baby so far away. My son talks to me frequently though the voice messages app while he's at daycare which is perfect because he's still learning to read. He loves that he can tel me anything and I love the peace of mind from having constant contact with him.
The app is a little hit and miss occasionally but it does well enough I can keep up the constant contact. The tracking is spot on down to the address and it's easy enough to take remote photos. We love this watch.

I bought this product for my granddaughter. It works greats and allows us to communicate effortlessly. What it needs is better mobile plan. The plans for the product are a hoax. After the minutes are the original plan you then have to plan by the minute for calls and text messages. They give such a hassle to purchase the upgraded plan. They make you purchase the cheaper plan with minutes you will go over before you can get the new sim card for the upgraded plan. If they change that feature it will be a great product.

This watch works well. I got it for my 13 year old to use as a phone in an emergency. It can make calls and do texts through the app. It wasn't too hard to set up. Just make sure you order the start up SD card from Speedtalk and get that set up first. Then you will need to update the APN on the watch (I just followed the directions the watch came with on how to do this.) The call quality is clear. The watch even has a flashlight and is able to take and send pictures. We had a Gizmopal through Verizon before and it hardly worked for us. This was much cheaper and works better! I definitely recommend it!
