The media could not be loaded. I have twin boys and they ride them daily. They have been on them for over 2 yrs now. If you have to call customer service, they are beyond great. The slow start on take off keeps them from flipping on take off or going from reverse to forward. Highly recommend product and company!

The wheels are superior to other ride-ons. The slow roll on and braking is great for saving the gears but can be annoying from a stop. I upped the voltage on it from 12v to 20v and now it rips.
