I purchased this urinal for my elderly father who is bedridden and generally "props" a urinal at night. It has worked out very well. The "Rubber-opening" is better than typical plastic urinals that can scratch or cause irritation. The valve has been functioning as intended - to prevent flow back and spillage. The overall "flat design" also works well for positioning. We have not used the sleeve as it hasn't been necessary. This is exactly what I was looking for and am satisfied with purchase.

When I got this for one of my patients it has a larger holder container than I thought which is nice, The silicone opening is great for men with irritated skin down there. The no-spill aspect from the valve (which has not been officially tried) is nice. Less worrying on my patient. I was thinking of getting one for my boyfriend when we are camping cause he gets up in the middle of the night.
