The walkie talkies seem to work very well for the price the quality seems to be pretty good I've dropped them a few times and they never broke or fell apart I'd recommend them. Battery life is pretty good on them I'm using Duracell right now. I'm not using one of those compact batteries that you can recharge if they sell for this unit just four Triple A batteries.

Decant walkie. Got them delivered July 17 and they work good for what we are doing. Only problem is, one of the four walkies doesn't seem to hold battery life for some reason all of sudden? I've tried new regular batteries and rechargeable ones in that one walkie. That one walkie doesn't seem to even last a day anymore.
