This is, I think, the sixth pan/pot I've gotten from this company. Family owned, made in Italy (not China - woo hoo!), non-toxic and non-stick.. oh! and dishwasher safe. Ok that's about all the products I own from them. About this pan in particular it's super easy to use, clean and everything comes out beautiful (and yummy). Except when you forget you are cooking and leave the oven on too long (my fault though, don't do that!). I use it so much I bought a second one, usually I make chicken thighs over a bag of small potatoes and carrots - literally, just preheat the oven and pan, then I throw a pre-washed bag of potatoes in there, a pre-washed bag of carrots - i use a little olive oil mix it around add some teeny tiny spice company spice mix (highly recommend! and they are another American, family run business!), usually their seaside spice mix or something like that.. then throw some chicken on top of that - lightly coated with their British curry mix or Ras El Hanout... flip the chicken over halfway through and holy smokes. Everything is browned and perfect. Pour it all out and you can literally just wipe out the pan then throw it in the dishwasher. when it comes out wipe it down with some oil before reusing.
I'm sure you have your favorite recipes but that is my go to in this pan. I usually use the second one for roasting eggplant, zucchini, baked apples, etc. I've thrown briskets in there as well - so good!
Bottom line, browns evenly, sturdy, well made, and super easy to clean. Made in Italy and American owned. I had no problems with these pans, I bought them as gifts as well. (I haven't had these long - 6 months or so but the rest of the line I've had a few years and then look as good as new... just don't use metal in them - ever. Don't say wow that looks yummy i'll just stick my fork in there.... just don't. Otherwise you are good to go!

The pan is solid and has a good weight to it - not too heavy like a cast iron pan and not so light as an aluminum pan. The coating is solid. I'm not at all worried about chips or scratches in it. Super easy to clean. It has become my every day go-to pan. Best purchase for the kitchen I've made in a long time.
The absolute best!

This roasting pan is a complete success. Everything I've baked in it comes out beautifully done. I've used it to roast chicken and all kinds of vegetables, and to bake focaccia. They've all been a complete success. And, if that weren't good enough, it's a breeze to clean. Nothing sticks and it just needs a gentle cleaning out. This is one of the few products that's worth every penny!
