This item is uncomfortable. It is bulky when wearing under clothing. It does have a slimming effect, and does make it so your back is straight. The clasps being separated by sections, makes it so your extra tummy goes through them. My favorite part is the last step, where you can tighten even more with the Velcro. Zipper popped off easily. Size up if you don't want the zipper to break off.

Im 5'4 was 197 when i first got it and would only clip on the first metal hook now im at 180 and i clip it all the way without any trouble. will be ordering a medium so it can give me shape. The only problem for me is that im kinda tall so it doesnt cover all, but besides that i love it and only use it for gym time.
