It's not a breakfast bar and won't fill you up but it's great for a snack. (It's does not have the lowest carb count but must also not be high G.I. because it does not bother my blood sugar count. I am also allergic to peanuts. It is so incredibly difficult to get a breakfast or snack bar that does not have or has not been contaminated with peanuts. I also have a bad reaction to most of the sugar substitutes.) These bars taste good and do not trigger any health problems so I'm incredibly happy.
