I purchased this product and used it a couple of times. Pretty easy to use and the strap makes carrying it around easy. I put it away for winter in the garage but when I tried using it again in the spring, it leaked from the handle. My guess is that a bit of water got trapped in the tube, froze and cracked the handle. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement handle for free (was outside of the 1 year warranty period). It is great to see a company stand behind their product and provide support even after the warranty expires. I'm back to using this sprayer and highly recommend it.

Great sprayer until spring in wand broke. Inquired about source for replacement (or asked if just need to order a new one) early December. After a month of getting emails asking for photos, size and now something about order information and to inquire about warranty, I have given u waiting. All I wanted to know was, can i find a source for a replacement spring or easier to to order a new one (little over 2 yrs old when purchased.) . So have given up on seeing a spring, never heard on replacement availability.... will need to consider a new one. Good sprayer though.

So far, I like this pretty much. But that is a provisional recommendation. I gave this four stars because it arrived "broken". The external hose from the canister to the spray nozzle would not clear out the air in the hose. So the spray was intermittent: it sprayed liquid ... air ... liquid ... air ... liquid ... air. I could not purge the air from the hose. I could see the bubbles of air in between columns of liquid. The usual way to clear out such bubbles is to hold the hose straight up and let the air rise to the top. Since the intake hose in the canister is below the water, only water should be pushed into the hose by the pressure in the canister. I checked: the intake hose was below the water. So, how come "new" air kept entering the hose? Look at the fitting where the hose enters the canister. The hose is NOT one solid piece from inside to outside the canister. Inside that fitting, the inside hose is attached to the outside hose. Within that fitting, the inside hose was split/cracked and did not have an air-tight connection to the outside hose. That is where the air was getting into the outside hose. I had to cut off the cracked part of the inside hose (about 1/2 inch) and reattach it to the fitting. (It would not surprise me if it cracked again in the future.) After that repair the sprayer worked perfectly. But I would prefer not to have to make repairs to a new product. The sprayer has one more test to pass. I intend to use the sprayer with a solution of water, dish detergent, and Neem Oil. Neem Oil is very thick. It has clogged several manual spray bottles. I'm hoping the high pressure will be enough to spray the solution without clogging. Wish me luck.

Customers have reported that the trigger sticks in the open position which makes the solution spray continuously without stopping. I had the same issue after only 4 uses. HOWEVER, I found the company e-mail ([email protected]) and wrote them requesting a replacement trigger handle assembly. It took about 3-4 days to answer my e-mail and 6 days for mail delivery, but I got a new assembly that works. It's a Chinese company (of course), but they did respond eventually. Let's hope the new trigger continues to work or I'll be back with a different review.

Holding the one at an angle, a 5' 10" person can comfortably maneuver, the wand a few inches above the ground. every competing sprayer requires that you to lean over to safely spray poison. Also the wand tip is articulated and can be angled according to your need. I love the sprayer and plan to buy a second sprayer, but it only garners four points because the wand is a very lightweight (brass) and the pumps piston's retaining ring tends to come unscrewed. Because of the long wand, this flawed sprayer is better than everything sold at Home Depot and Lowe's.
