High quality of material and workmanship; however the valve may not orientate directly as the original, that is, it may not match the "ON," "OFF," "HIGH," "LOW," indicators on your unit. I just renamed the positions as needed with some tape and a Marker.

Pretty much plug and play per-se. The old unit froze up and wouldn't turn. Replaced with this unit and instantly fired up. The dial in the front is a little off from the original as far as the settings but not a deal breaker for me. It's possible to rotate it to line up exactly. The main thing that it works. Took about 10 min to install.
