By far the best, I tried them all, order your usual aize as w T shirts. I am a M but occasionally order L in T shirts and the like as I don't like that snug look. I went a head with medium, so easy to put on, doesn't crinkle like others did, easy to hide under garments and tucks in all the needed spots. including lower abdomen. The others I couldn't wait to take them off. I use it for waist training and to bring back my waist line. Like I said tried them all, from high end $$ corsets that took forever to put on, to drug store sold waist trainers. Put it on quick, easy and off I go. I usually wear an under garment liner (those tube like tops that are used for under corsets) . Price is right and quality is really good!

I've had several waist trainers and this one is okay. Has metal pieces that go up the back so if u don't wear a shirt under it the metal will dig into your skin which is super uncomfortable. Other than that it's an okay waist trainer. It does make u sweat if your looking for that.

Material is nice and durable. Breathable and comfort. Adjust to your size. Pull it taste to cinch the waist, if you're not ready for that just fit it around you and wear it all day. I wouldn't sit, squat or bend with it as it rolls up if you're a little chubby. I wear it when I'm relaxing sometimes to bed you can definitely feel the heat and that means it's working! Good to go for walks and just train yourself to breathe easily when you have this on not to mention a bit of back support only have this product for about a week and a half so far going good. Remember waist training isn't solely on the product you use but what you eat and how you exercise. Smells a little odd but we can all get past that new car smell!
