Lift is very well built. Instructions are almost unusable.

It's very well built and all the parts and fasteners are there as well as an instruction guide. You might as well just throw the instructions away. They will not help you put this lift up what so ever. You need to be pretty knowledgeable about lifts and you can use YouTube and another manufacturer 's instructions to help you put this together.
If you have enough sense to use it you can install it in a few hours

I was waiting until I installed and used them before writing a review. The install took a little bit due to waiting on having time and a second set of hands. They went together pretty smoothly. We had one issue with a switch. I emailed them and I kid you not, within 10 minutes of hitting the send button button they were calling me. I told her what was going on and she had me send her a picture of the factory tag from the lift that we were having the switch issue with. Once she got it she said "Got it. Going to ship you out one now." For context, this was at 4pm on a Friday. That to me was great support! Thanks again!

I have only had it for a short while but it is working great. Appears to be very heave duty. The first vehicle I raised was my Ford F150 pickup which I raised and lowered with no problems. My only complaint is the poorly written installation manual. You will need some mechanical savvy to properly complete the installation. The company rep in California was helpful and forthcoming in answering my questions.
