Comment about both boy and girl inline skates that I bought for my son and daughter

They both are very good skates for both of them learning how to skate. I would have given them a 5 except the following issues that I experienced:
1. I bought both at the same time, the girl one arrived within a week, which is excellent. I do not understand why the boy one take over two weeks, and I have to pay shipping for it, but not the girl one. Why? They are the same size, and the only different is boy (blue) versus girl (pink). My boy asked me question why it takes his so long.
2. The girl one, after three uses, I experienced challenge to engage the upper strap in the slot. It took me at least 5 minutes and have to take the skates off from my daughter foot to try and try. It is annoying and very challenging. I will give it another chance this Sunday morning to see whether I could find a way to overcome the challenge. If not, I will return it and ask for a replacement, for it might be a quality issue. Other than these two issues. They both enjoy learning how to skates and making great progress.

The skates are well designed and manufactured. They are light in weight but the frames are sturdy. The illuminating front wheels are beautiful and certainly eye catching in the skating rink. The 70mm wheels are about the right size for the target audience, though it depends on the particular kid's preference for speed. Some kids would probably prefer a smaller 68mm wheels for a slower ride, yet others might even prefer a larger 72mm wheels for more speed. The ABEC 7 bearings are nice because they enable the wheels/skates to glide easily.
The only slight disappointment is that only the front wheels will light-up. They have another model in blue that has all light-up wheels, which looks awesome in the rink. I wish this model has the same thing.
Not only the product is great, but the company and its customer services are superior too. I have contacted many different sellers/brands to inquire about their skates. Some never respond back, some just give the minimal yes/no kind of short answers, but Xino Sports is the one who takes time to address my concerns, explain product differentiation and trade-offs, and offer the necessary support The extra caring makes a real difference and therefore I rate this a 5-star experience overall.

Great comfortable rollerblades but wheels are a bit tight and slow. Would be great for a beginner.

I bought these for my 9 year old daughters birthday. She loves the color and they are very comfortable. She says they got perfectly. The only thing she had trouble with is the wheels were really tight so she had to struggle to push her self on the street. I tried to loosen the bearings with she said made them awesome, she was able to glide with ease. Then the front wheel fell off and she fell. I must of loosened it too much. I tightened them a bit more after putting the wheel back on and they are a bit slower now again but not as much as in the beginning. I'm just hoping we don't lose another wheel while she's going fast. Other than the tight wheels these have been great rollerblades and she's been using them everyday!
Daughter loves them and they adjust the size as they grow. Great product

Overall, these are pretty decent for the price. My daughter is 8, and she really likes them. The wheels are good for her age. They aren't the overly cheap things where the wheels don't spin freely or anything like that. My only gripe is that the front wheel is not in contact with the surface on a very smooth flat surface. If you are on a rougher concrete or pavement it engages fine, but if you are on a very smooth surface, then the front wheel is a millimeter off the ground, and only spins as you push off, but not while you coast. This of course limits the light up of the wheel to when you are actively pushing. Not a big deal, but the inconsistency bothers my 8 year old.
