This thing is the cat's meow!! I love love love my Dyson!!! I did not love trying to store the accessories in my bathroom. One I urge caution when you are measuring an area to see if it will fit... Even though the holder measures 13.5" you need to make sure you have at least 15" to 15.5" of available space. So the area that I measured before purchase was 14". Cool, perfect... Except that the diffuser attachment will add another 2" to 2.5" to the overall length. I was about to send it back (sad panda) when the hubby suggested another even better mount point. So that didn't end up being an issue for me after all!! Now... the "Adhesion" part got a mere 4 stars because we had to make a very minor adjustment to how we mounted it to the wall. It comes with screws and drywall anchors included. They were totally fine. You will need to pre-drill the holes in your drywall to make installation much easier and smoother. The metal base plate sits very flush to the wall. So flush that we had to add a couple of very small washers to space it out from the wall just a bit. This was a problem because the diffuser attachment was being held too far from the magnetic base to get a good, firm connection. That being said my hubby has a small hardware store in our garage, so he had what we needed on hand. But if I wasn't handyman savvy and mounted this thing as is, out of the box and my diffuser came flying off to shatter on the tile floor... I would be LIVID!! All when a couple of cheap washers could space the base off the wall enough for the diffuser to seat properly to it's magnetic base. Once spaced, it's good to go!! Without it, I think you could bump the drywall surrounding the mount and the diffuser would come crashing down.
