Overall, the bag is very nice. It's sleek, looks professional, has a nice tech pocket, is true to color, and over a month after getting it, I still haven't noticed any major wear and tear (no clasps or hooks breaking, that's for sure.) The magnetic snaps do have some trouble snapping, but that's okay. Having said that, it is VERY heavy, and the strap definitely needs to:
A) be wider
B) have a shoulder pad
C) both of the above

It is tight for space, so I wish I would have just got the 17 inch one but that's. It the bag's problem. The color is very cute and so is the style of the bag. The zippers are sturdy and don't seem like they will rip. The strap is really sturdy as well and has thick clips that connect it to the bag. I get tons of compliments on it. It was an excellent buy.
