In terms of cleaning this is a great tool for hard to reach windows. The only negative is that the handle is in sections that snaps together but it deflects enough to disconnect. I wrapped the joint with some clear shipping tape and it worked fine. Overall, I would still purchase it again.

I really like the glass cleaner wand except for 2 small issues. The item does not fully lock into the entension handle (I'm pretty sure it is an issue with just my unit, and not a common problem). The extension handle works fine with the wand, it just doesn't lock securely into place. I chose not to return it, even with that issue. The other issue, is if I leave cleaner in the wand and hang it up, all of the cleaner will leak out before my next use. I purchased the item to use on patio doors and so I can wash my windows outside without dragging a ladder around. I would purchase again for that reason. I hate washing windows, but this makes it an extremely fast chore on windows with bigger panes. It works on smaller panes too, but my doors with a 9 light grid over the glass need touch up with a cloth after.

This product seems to be as advertised. We had a little bit of trouble in the assembly, but managed to get it together. I find I don't need the extention as the smaller size reaches most areas I need to clean.

This product has great versatility. I use it for both the higher heights of my shower glass which is in excess of 10 ft., as well as the lower levels well within my reach. I also like the water spray feature which comes in handy during cleaning. Are usually mix two parts water to two parts all purpose cleaner and cleaning my bathroom with this product.
