I've been looking in many markets for this product and it's a hard find so i found it here on Amazon. Just 2 cubes will make the rice nicely black, but i usually use 3 cubes and a pinch of salt and the rice will look and taste wonderful. You cant go wrong with these cubes and u can even put your own seasoning with it, its not overpowering the other seasonings, blend in well.
