I can't say enough good stuff about this truck! It has not just 1 but TWO motors powering it! And, at 1:10 scale, it's BIG and it gets attention from bystanders! It jumps and climbs like a pro and on the flat straightaway it's FAST!! Loads of fun!

You get EVERYTHING you need to run this vehicle right out of the box; truck, truck body, 2 li-po batteries, 2 chargers, controller, wrench tool (for tightening wheels), user manual, and some spare parts too (not that you'll need them... this truck is TOUGH!).

IMPORTANT SAFETY TIP: For SAFETY, you should NEVER leave li-po batteries in an RC vehicle between runs (it can be a fire hazard). Thus in this kit, you also get a FIREPROOF "battery bag" included for safely storing your li-po batteries when not running the vehicle.

The only thing not included is 3 AA batteries to power the controller.

A nice added feature is this truck includes REAL LED running lights! The truck looks super-cool w/o the lights but WITH the lights it elevates the beauty of this beast to a new level. The lights are easy to install; just pop the lights into place and plug in the wire into the dedicated power slot provided; done!

The control is responsive, yet easy to master even for beginners. HINT: start out on the 'half speed' setting until you get used to it. Also, be sure to trim the steering so it goes straight when your hand is off the steering wheel (there's a "steering trim" knob right on the controller so this is easy to do!).

This truck is also RUGGED...I really put a beating on it and it held together nicely! The shocks come pre oiled and are top quality.

This truck takes TWO 7.4V 1600mAh Li-Po batteries (included) so you have plenty of power to crank those two engines. With two engines being powered, I was expecting a short (maybe 20 min) of play time but was pleasantly surprised to get DOUBLE that at 40 minutes it was still going strong!

One final thing... Laegendary's support is awesome!... I emailed them that my truck lights didn't seem to work and they wrote me back within hours with the solution (turned out I had the lights plugged in backwards; unplug, reverse, plug in...Wow, Lights!) It's nice to know Laegendary has your back!

In summary, I'm seeing in this truck features and HIGH-QUALITY that are normally only present in much higher priced R/C vehicles! wholly recommend it!

Really like the rc ,fun in the home bought to chase the cat works great for that this is my third rc from this company I'm pleased my disappointment in it is that it cuts out when you go slow

This toy is awesome. Better than the Walmart toys. The customer service was great with a small issue I had with a piece that connects the batteries. Will be purchasing another one.

First you need to decide what kind of driving your wanting to do with this rc. For its price point its extremely fast and fun to run as long as your not jumping it or using it in areas where youll probably crash into stuff. Also not a car i would buy as my 1st rc. Youll want to do yourself a favor and upgrade the front control arms, suspension holders and shock tower with the carbon shock tower and aluminum suspension parts. I put about 250$ on top of the purchase price to get mine to the point where in comfortable jumping it off dirt jumps and thrashing it a bit. I enjoy tinkering on it and upgrading parts so if you're not like me youll probably want to go another direction and get something more durable right out the box since this car has all metal drivetrain but all the other pieces are the weak points that are still plastic and youll easily break them.
At this point ive got all aluminum pieces possible and have upgraded the esc for even more speed and torque but it can run 3s out of the box which really wakes this rc up but youll most definitely break stuff running it on 3s.
New tires and changing out the oil in the shocks to like 50-70wt oil will really help with the body roll and jump landings..
All this being said laegendary backs their cars well and when my car broke stuff they sent me parts for free within the first year of owning it. Just dont tell them if you did some crazy things with it and it broke that way.! If you did then its on you then and youll be paying for the new parts. "Fryracing" amazon seller has all the aluminum parts available and they are who ive bought all my stuff from.
To wrap this up my opinion is that this is a fun budget car that you can throw a few upgrades on and smoke the more expensive rcs in speed and handling just dont expect it to do backflips n land as hard as the traxxis or arrma top end rcs do and keep going like nothing happened. Tinkering on it was and still is a large part of the enjoyment i get out of it. (A good dremel will be your best friend)
Its just not a stunt monster more of a racer.

I bought this product for my 9 and 11 year old boys. They got one each. In reading the instructions it said to tighten the wheels before each use. I did it for one of the trucks but forgot it for the other. Lo and behold, the one I forgot to tighten had its right front wheel came off and I lost one of the hub assembly parts when the wheel came off. This hub assembly has a cross bar that runs through the drive shaft allowing for the hub assembly to be secure in one place rather than rotating freely. I had to get a small finishing nail with the right diameter to replace that small part and to make sure the hub assembly does not spin freely.

I would advise people that the first thing they should do is but a drip of loctite (or nail polish in a pinch) on those wheel nuts (the thread on the drive shaft to be specific) to make sure the nut does not fall off. I would not say it's a faulty design since proportionately to its size and weight, these trucks generate a lot of torque and spinning rotation that the nuts will come lose no matter what.

The package also came with an adapter that allows two batteries to be connected to the truck at the same time, extending its running time. The adapter on one of the truck was not working. It's not a big deal since I've been running the trucks with just one battery at a time then replacing the batter as they run down. These adapters are not cheap at $10 each but I bought extras anyway since I have two additional spare batteries for each truck extending the kids' driving time to around 1 1/2 hours. Which brings me to that batteries.

Each battery packet will run the truck around 20 minutes on low power mode with hard driving (the only way a 9 or 11 year old knows how to drive). The truck comes with two battery packets. I bought an extra set of two batteries for each truck which got expensive but at least it lasts long enough that the kids are satisfied with the driving time.

Mechanically I have not run into any problems so far. The kids run the trucks pretty hard and have been bashing objects or even roadside curbs when they get out of control. I am expecting something to break soon just out of normal wear and tear. Good news is Legendary pretty much sells every part in the truck if something breaks.

I've read from others that this is not really a 1/10 scale but more a 1/16. But for first time RC owners in my kids, it's plenty big enough and surprisingly durable. Granted they received this as a Christmas gift so it's not even one month yet as I write this review. I am happy with the product in general but you have to have the right expectations. Proportionately, this thing puts loads of mechanical stress on the parts. If you drive your car/truck like this I'm sure it will break something soon enough. With that said, I think it is a good product.
