Got to use these for the first time today. Had to clean up some rectangular openings in a cast aluminum electronics enclosure. The file removed the material at a consistent rate and wasn't overly aggressive nor a slouch. I have a set of small Snap-On files and they work great also. These didn't clog up or show any wear like you'd see on a cheap set. The handle was okay. I didn't use it long enough to tell whether I'd get blisters or not. Seemed fine for the 30 minutes I used them.

Reason it gets 4 stars is because the file packaging was all broke to hell. Can't use the case at all. Files I know are amazing though.
