My little one likes it! It fits over a standard size grocery cart. I like the extra support from pillow (its Removable). My baby still is wobbling at times when sitting and it gives her so much support. Also, since it covers the cart, I don't have to worry about the germs so much.

I have tried using this on several shopping carts, and have yet to find one it truly "fits" on. That said, it takes a little bit of work to keep it in place as my little boy (7 months old) wiggles and leans in the seat. I think I can fix the looseness by replacing some elastic on it. The pillow/ cushion as others has mentioned is on the too soft side. I am considering adding more stuffing into it to firm it up a bit more to provide some back support for my little guy.
