Convertible top

The seams of my convertible top had come unstitched, particularly around the doors. It was a slow process because this glue is not instant, but I applied a generous amount of glue to the seams, and held it in place section by section. Once the glue dried it has held the seams in place perfectly. It has been several weeks and I have put the top down and up many times. The glued seams are holding perfectly. I wish I had taken before pictures. The after pictures make it look like a brand new top.

I re-glued a piece of foam from the armrest of my office chair. This stuff sticks basically instantly and heats up while being held in place. So don't burn yourself in the process. It's also very tough to get off of your hands, even if it's just a little bit. Use a little nail polish remover to get it off while washing your hands and that should do the trick. There is a warning label on the packaging addressing precautions. Definitely keep this stuff out the reach of children. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. Much better than Gorilla Glue.

I chose the Gel for securing a piece of moulding on the roof of my F350 truck. With the position of the trim, it encounters heavy, sometimes buffeting wind as well as rain, snow and heat. When I applied the glue it grabbed quickly and so far no problems.
