The media could not be loaded. These are heavy enough to make you feel like your arms are getting a great workout, but I agree with others that the chain is just a bit too long. I can't seem to overcome it totally. It makes it difficult to use them for fitness. The rain I use them for fitness is because it forces you to keep your form correct OR ELSE. And with this chain being too long, I'm struggling to figure out how to avoid countertattack upon myself. I'm bruised up LMAO & pinched.
Chain too long.. had to punch out holding pin and cut to resize.. all good now.

Haven't nunchucked since my teenage years.. for the price seems a decent deal. As many mentioned, the chain is too long (9links vs7links), I used a punch and hammer to remove the holding pin, cut off two links and hammered the holding pin back in. Not difficult, but not really convenient for anyone not having a punch set. Good and heavy for exercise.
