Love the mirror. We are redoing the master bath. We had our own board to hang it on, the assembly the sent to hang it didn't seem sturdy enough to hold it on the wall. When we unboxed it we noticed it came in defective and thought it was just the plastic until we took the plastic off and it's a huge mirror to return see the pictures. I don't know how to contact the company to figure out what is on it and what to take to it to try and get it off.
UPDATE: The company has been great to work with. They have continuously emailed me to solve this problem.

This mirror is very nice and well made. You should be aware that the light from the mirror alone is not enough to illuminate an entire bathroom by itself, you'll probably need additional lighting( this is the only reason I didn't give five stars). An unexpected surprise was that the two buttons on the front of the mirror light up blue when the mirror is off & give enough light to act as a nightlight.
