Edited to add: what is the trick to opening these packets of hot cocoa mix? Land of Lakes, you really want me to have to grab the kitchen scissors every time I make cocoa? I've been on the hunt for this hot chocolate variety pack after procuring a box from Sam's club all fall and winter. Should've stocked up on more. Either way, I was super stoked about finding in on Amazon. This is a RICH beverage, eve more so when you use hot milk (or no-dairy milk) of choice instead of water. Water is good too, but it really doesn't bring out the full flavor impact of this drink. Mint is a favorite! If you have a milk frother, add in your beverage to your cup, cocoa powder, and then froth away. It definitely smooths out the lumps in the hot chocolate to a more silky smooth texture.
Knocked a star because I paid $10 plus tax at the grocery store and on Amazon, the third party seller is pricing them at ~$24. It won't break the bank but I'd like a heads up for those who are thinking of buying it on Amazon versus a retail location.

When I first tried this product, I made the mistake of mixing the package with milk It was far too rich. I have never made hot chocolate with water, because -- to me -- it tastes watery.
This product makes perfect hot chocolate -- and it couldn't be easier. You just add six ounces of hot water to the mix and enjoy it.
My only criticism is that the packages always include several flavors. The chocolate supreme is terrific. My ten-year-old son won't drink the French Vanilla (so it becomes mine). The mint and the caramel are both good -- but not like the real thing: chocolate.
