I have spent more money than I care to admit on Luminara for candlelight in my home to have candlelight without exacerbating the allergies of my youngest. Their tapered candles are not wax coated as these tapered candles are; these candles also don't make a rattling noise as some of my others from the other brand do, nor does it use a teardrop piece of plastic to reflect the light on which casts shadows on walls making it unsuitable for wall features. These are made extremely well, the light is fantastic, the ability to dim, set the timer, etc., are all great. These I feel are better quality at half the price. Very pleased with my purchase

These are outstanding! No one noticed they were fake until we sat around talking about how nice everything looked. The battery power in these last forever! I thought for sure after a one party and several days of non stop use they'd be drained. But no! They are still going with original batteries I put in. And I am obsessed! We have a baby. And we love that these look real and are so safe. No joke that we even have a few candles near them to light and sometime we try to blow these ones out 🤣

I used these candles last holiday season with no issues, they are beautiful. I just pulled them out to set up again and the remote is not working even after changing the batteries. They can be turned on and off manually however I bought them because of the remote and timer feature.
