This was my first time making Seitan and the results were excellent. The instructions were easy to follow and the finished product was tasty and versatile. I made a red chili and a broccoli stir fry with the 2+ pounds of beef substitute that one recipe yields.

I think, given the looming meat shortage during this coronavirus crisis, eco cuisine products are perfect for making sure you can provide an excellent, tasty, healthy protein for yourself and your family.
