They come tied togther in a bunch and are starting to wilt. After several hours in water they perk up and stand at attention, with exception to the 5 broken ones which got put in a small glass. All are beautiful. They came with no information on to whom you would call for support. Hope this helps..

Lots of issues using UPS, order being "undeliverable" which in UPS speak means nothing.
They finally arrived, the box was crushed and I feared the worst but they were packed well and probably the most beautiful tulips I have ever seen; multi-colored, fragrant, fresh, strong and begging to be the centerpiece of my table.
WOW super impressed. They came wrapped nicely with paper and lots of instructions on how to care for them. Also a packet of longevity salts. The purple and yellow are my favorites. Will order from this company again! Thank YOU!
