I bought this with my fingers crossed hoping that it would be perfect and it was. The quality of material is great and the weight and design are perfect. The custom name plate was spelled correctly as expected. It was the perfect size to fit all the ashes inside the bottom. The lid does secure with a screw and should not fall out. It is probably 10-15lbs total. The family thought I made a great choice and didnt know I saved a ton buying this online.

I had to leave a review for this urn because it's so beautiful. I was very surprised when I open the box at just how gorgeous this urn is. When I opened it to put my mama's cremains into it I was surprised at the room inside. Definitely has plenty of room for the cremains of an average to larger-than-average persons cremains. It's sturdy. You'll never worry about it tipping over. I am thrilled with this urn as it is so perfect for the cremains of my sweet mama, my angel.
