As a Professional Chef and in preparing these cod loins in browned butter and lemon, I am overly impressed in the quality and the delicate texture of the finished cod loin. They were perfect in a panko breading for fish taco's and outstanding lightly sauteed in lettuce wraps. What a wonderfully fresh perfect piece of pure clean Cod. In the browned butter and lemon saute', I have been told multiple times that these cod loins eat just like lobster. I am glad to share with all who are interested, that the FinFish Cod Loins are better than what I have been using in my operations. We ordered the Cod as we really wanted to have some piece of mind with a lot of meat stored that we could use over time and make it easier to avoid going out with all the current craziness going on. We were super impressed with the flavor and how lean the fish was. We shared it with some family members as there is a lot in 1 box and they loved it too. If you want awesome tasting fish and have some left to store we highly recommend it!

My 3rd orders. FinFish great and fast, UPS took 6 days to deliver from MI to WI. They said weather related delay. It has been nasty weather. So I understand. But still 80% of fish were frozen solid, I am not going to make a stink. The 20% that was partially froze will be a very large supper tonight. After they thaw the rest of the way.
