Tudca arrives from Amazon on Sunday. Sunday night at 7pm"¦.. I take 2 an hour after I eat so I have food in my system.
I knew I would get the Detox pain 4 to 8 hours after usage based on Customer reviews.
I woke up at Midnight with intermittent pain starting at Liver, Gallbladder area and right Ribs, 10 minutes later same pain but lower in my gut"¦. 10 mins later and pain is near my uterus"¦. 10 mins later"¦ RUN to the bathroom. Pain was sharp so I assumed I may be passing a Stone I thought was blocking Ducts.
I had a normal small hard bowel movements"¦ I was too much in pain to look for Stones. Then wham "¦clammy hands"¦ ringing in ears and blood draining from my head. Then a sense to Vomit. Was this Covid or a massive Detox in record time?
Diarrhea started .. pain"¦ then fainting. Fell to floor and my Spouse woke up "¦picked me up and made sure I was okay. Total time of misery in Bathroom? probably 15 minutes.
This Morning my nose hurts so I might have hit it on the way down to the floor.
Why are there NO websites speaking about the Process instead of the potential cures?
Okay so now its the next day 11am and your thinking. Do Not take this again! But no "¦ not me"¦.. this detox was more Violent than most but That is what impresses me.
I have had fatty liver and IBS for 40 yrs taking milk thistle"¦ supplements "¦ organic green food and a pretty clean diet"¦ no bad seed or corn oils"¦ no fast food. Now today I realize taking too much bone broth and collagen is messing up my Gallbladder and anything I eat feels like deep bone pain in My Right Ribs. Another reason to question Keto which is causing an explosion in Gallbladder issues from over use of animal fat and bone broth
Is this the Answer? Tudca? It is synthetic so that bothers me but naturopaths dont seem to mind that. I am going to take with a meal to slow down this strong Detox reaction and I suggest All 1st time users do the same.
When I see results I will then later try to use on empty stomach to affect more organs than just liver and gall bladder.
I have followed and studied alternative medicine for 40 yrs and this is not something anyone ahould take lightly.
Do your research"¦ start slow and take Tudca based on your needs.
I see something possibly extraordinary about Tudca for many Health Issues.
Anything worth its while that is fixing a health issue will have side affects and detox affects. For example"¦many people will tell me I took lymph tea or did a yeast cleanse and got extreme rashes headaches and itching so I threw it out.
If you are clearing your lymph or yeast and dont get side affects like rashes"¦ that is when I would throw out the product.
We all may feel much worse until we can cure or feel better.
I will continue Tudca and give you an update.
Not everyone has the same issues as mine but taking it slow and building up is a good strategy with Tudca
Tudca is bitter but you need bitter to counter Liver and Gall bladder like arugula. Good luck

This is smth where you are not supposed to be able to tell the difference at least for several months. I know it is usually prescribed for 6 months at least, works slowly but effectively, designed to work smoothly - make sure to take it without food, or it will just digest your food. I took for 2 months right before bed and no side effects whatsoever. Reordering. I am just convinced it is so good for you.

Update: I just realized that as soon as I started taking them the quality of my number two got better... not sure how to say that, but it doesn't stick to the toilet anymore... and I'm left so clean... like if I didn't even needed wipes... Which is totally logical, because improved liver and gallbladder would digest fats from foods better, so you wouldn't get fatty number two's, so to say.
And actually there is one small side effect - it may give you little bit of right side, not pain, but sensitivity if you take 2 capsules as advised on the bottle. That's why I take only 1, it works for me, and doesn't give me pain or side effect at all.

I just started taking these for liver and gallbladder help and wanted to leave a quick preliminary review. I will write a full review after I've been taking this for 30 days.

Before I started taking these my stamina was pretty much at 0 and the fatigue in my legs was so bad that it hurt to walk and I would often lose control of my legs to the point of my knees buckling.

The first day I took one pill and noticed that after my afternoon nap, I was able to wake up quickly whereas ordinarily, it takes me more than 30 minutes to fully wake up and be able to stand.

The next day I learned that the serving size was two pills so I took two at around 11am. By 7:30pm I had pain in the upper right quadrant and I felt very sick. Fever, sweats, nausea, the works. That lasted about an hour and then it went away completely. At that point I wasnt convinced it had anything to do with the Tudca. I'm still not 100% sure. It could've been the meal I ate, which may have a little too much fat.

The next day I took 2 more pills at 11am and about 8 hours later I started feeling a dull pain in the upper right quadrant again but this time there was no general sickness. That strange pain grew into what felt like pressure and if I leaned against that part of my back, the pain got worse and the feeling of pressure grew and I eventually developed a headache from it. Even with that pain and pressure, I could feel my energy had gone through the roof and I was able to work out for nearly an hour with no fatigue at all. I havent been able to do that in well over a year.

I decided to lay off the pills for two days to let that pressure and pain clear up and they did. I started the pills again this morning with 1 pill only. More than 8 hours later there are no adverse reactions at all and my energy level is great. Not what it was the second day I took two pills but still much better than normal. My legs feel about 80% stronger and there is no pain with the fatigue and no buckling knees.

So far, I am thoroughly impressed. I've only taken 6 of these pills and I can already feel a big improvement. I have no idea what state my liver and gallbladder are in so I have no idea why I felt those adverse reactions. I really just wanted to put this out there for anybody doing their own research on TUDCA without having seen a doctor first, like I did. So much of the research out there says there are no side effects with TUDCA but I obviously had some taking a full dose of 2 pills. With 1 pill though there are no bad side effects and I feel much stronger than I did before I started taking them.

I've tried several different Tudca brands and this one is the most effective. Most didn't even come close despite some being even a higher dosage. It maybe on the pricey side, but it's worth the extra money.
