Temp control issues

I was very excited to receive this for Father's Day, but I am having to return it because the unit is failing to reach any temperature below 55°F. The temperature keeps increasing despite me putting ice into the cooling cavity, rising up more than 10°F over two hours if I don't intervene with ice. I'm going to exchange it for another unit, hopefully its a weird one off. I also think the pressure regulator isn't working. No matter how much I adjust the dial there is not change in foam. The beer comes out pretty flat for me. It wasn't too bad to assemble, though. Instructions weren't great, the pictures aren't helpful, but I managed. Will update with info on second unit.
UPDATE: Second unit has been just fine. Not experiencing the same temperature control issue. Actually reaches the lower temps desired. Love the working product. Highly recommend.

I love this product. Pulling a chilled craft brew is definitely the best way to wrap up a day at work. 5 liters (170 oz) is an odd size when you step up to the bar.
The only nitpick I have is the fan is on constantly. I assume it's trying to get my beer to it's defined temperature.
I appreciate using standard threaded cartridges and the over all construction is solid.

I have been using this product to put my mini-kegs that I home brew on tap. Can't complain but I do recommend getting additional c02 units. The product is also a little noisy when it is running

This machine solves a very unique need for me.
The first is, it'll allow for anyone to bring craft beer home and drink it in the way the brewers intended. The second, instead of having to locate craft kegs - which is a pain - the included growler can taken into the brewery and be filled. The third is the ease of the CO2 - just buy the standard threaded cartridges and you're good.
I wouldn't classify this as a kegerator, more as a cooler. It does keep beer between 36 and 39 degrees, but because of the fan noise due to the unit not having a compressor, it's more of a cooler. I've had no issues with the CO2 as others have mentioned, but I did read all the directions and it specifically tells you how to operate the CO2.
Overall, this is a buy if it fits your needs. I love it.
