The leaves seem to be of high quality (which gives this product great potential), but the particular product I received didn't look very fresh- the leaves were mostly brownish-green and not whole, and unfortunately there were no dates on the package. The flavor of the tea was still great in spite of this, but as far as the most important thing (the possible health benefits), it is hard to tell without doing some type of before-after testing or observation.
